Helping preserve your legacy as  your family tree grows

ESTATE PLANNING SERVICES:

At Riddle Law Group we believe it is critically important that everyone have an estate plan in place to protect their loved ones.  Therefore, we strive to provide clients with individualized estate plans custom tailored to their specific needs at affordable prices.  Our estate planning services are generally done on a flat fee basis and all plans include the following:

  • Initial Consultation – At your initial consultation you will meet with Ms. Riddle to discuss and formulate an estate plan that is tailored to your and your family’s specific needs and wishes.  We will discuss the various components of an estate plan and a variety of options to achieve your objectives, including asset protection for your beneficiaries, educational incentives, guardianship provisions, trustee qualifications and duties, and any special circumstances which apply to your beneficiaries.
  • Follow Up Consultation(s) – If needed, clients can schedule a follow up consultation to discuss their decisions after considering the options discussed in the initial consultation.  At the end of the follow up consultation a detailed plan will be developed to meet with your wishes.
  • Signing Conference – At the signing conference, Ms. Riddle will review your documents with you in detail to assure the documents clearly reflect your wishes.  She will spend approximately two hours with you in order to review all documents thoroughly and provide a detailed explanation of all terms and provisions.  This includes assistance with transferring or retitling your assets to your trust once implemented.
  • Unlimited Phone and Email Support – If you need assistance in funding or implementing your plan after the signing conference, we will provide you with unlimited support and assistance.  This includes assistance with completion of any and all forms to transfer title of assets to your trust or name your trust as the beneficiary of your trust.  This also includes assistance when you purchase additional assets in the future.
  • Review Meetings – We recommend clients periodically review their documents to assure they remain updated and relevant.  All review meetings are included in the flat fee for your estate plan.
  • Family Meetings – Should you wish us to meet with your children or beneficiaries to review your plan, we are happy to do so at no additional charge.
